How It Works

The Bachelor Pre-Fab and Bachelor Plus Pre-Fab

We’re so glad you’re considering a Petite Homes model! Whether you’re interested in the Bachelor or the Bachelor Plus, the process is simple and straightforward—and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

The steps may vary depending on which version you choose (Shell, Foundation, or Complete), but here’s how it all begins:

  • Get Started
    Click one of the “Get Started” buttons below to select the model that fits your needs—Shell, Foundation, or Complete.
  • Phone Call and Eligibility
    We’ll give you a call to review your property details and check if it qualifies based on local bylaws and lot size.
  • Initial Deposit
    Once we have the green light in principle from your municipality, we’ll finalize your contract and collect a $2,500 deposit to kick off permitting. If your municipality later declines the build, we refund $1,500 of that amount

Shell

  • Finalize Your Delivery Date & Start Construction
    Once your initial steps are complete, we’ll connect with you by phone or email to confirm your delivery timeline. From there, construction of your Shell model begins at our factory.

Foundation

  • Permitting Process
    We’ll give you a call to walk through the permitting requirements for your municipality and get everything moving.
  • Foundation Installation
    Once permits are approved, we’ll schedule and coordinate the installation of your home’s foundation.
  • Shell Build & Delivery
    With permits in hand and the foundation in place, we’ll begin building your Shell at the factory and prepare for delivery to your site.

Complete

  • Permitting Process
    We’ll connect with you by phone to review the permitting requirements for your municipality and guide you through what’s needed.
  • Foundation
    Once permits are approved, we’ll schedule and manage the installation of your home’s foundation.
  • Shell Build & Delivery
    With the foundation in place, we’ll build your Shell at our factory and deliver it to your property.
  • Utilities & Interior Fit-Out
    Once the Shell is on-site, we’ll connect utilities and complete the full interior fit-out—bringing your new Petite Home to life and ready for move-in.

GET STARTED

Furniture packages, appliance packages, and custom interior design options are additional and fees for these services and items will be added to the final payment in Step 7.
