We’re so glad you’re considering a Petite Homes model! Adding an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) to your property has never been easier. Petite Homes’ start-to-finish process walks you through the entire process from idea to keys-in-hand.

Tell Us About your Property
The first step is to let us know the address where you’d like to build a Petite Home model to ensure your lot is eligible for an ADU by completing our Get Started form below.
Initial Meeting
After we’ve determined that your property is eligible for an ADU, we’ll be in touch to schedule an introductory meeting where we’ll review the process with you and address any questions you might have.
Schedule a Property Visit
Once you’ve decided to move forward, a Petite Homes team member will visit your property to review the site conditions and utility locations. We’ll also determine the best location for your new home.
Site Plan and Permit Drawings
Our licensed architects and designers will prepare the site plan and permit drawings for your new home. We’ll also submit the application and coordinate the permit process.
Final Design Review
Following permit and application approvals, we’ll meet with you to finalize the construction finishes and project specifics.
Schedule Your Build
We'll introduce you to our local Petite Homes contractor who will schedule your build.
