The Bachelor Pre-Fab

We’re so glad you’re considering a Bachelor Pre-Fab! The Bachelor Pre-Fab offers a very streamlined process from initial order to move-in. The process varies depending on which model of The Bachelor Pre-Fab you’re interested in, however the first three steps are the same.

  • Get Started
    Get started by using one of the "Get Started" buttons below. You can add yourself to the waiting list for free, or you can skip the waiting list with a $250 Priority Order deposit.
  • Phone Call and Eligibility
    We'll follow-up with a phone call and determine if your property is elligible for The Bachelor, based on your local regulations and lot size.
  • Initial Deposit
    If your property is eligible, we'll invoice you for a $1,000 deposit ($750 if you selected Priority Ordering) and get the process moving forward.

After Steps 1 through 3 above are completed, construction of your Shell begins in our factory.

  • Finalize Delivery Date and Initiate Construction
    We'll reach out by phone or email to finalize the delivery date for your new Bachelor Pre-Fab Shell.

Foundation

After Steps 1 through 3 above are completed, The Bachelor Foundation has three additional stages:

  • Permitting Process
    We'll reach out to you by phone to discuss the permitting process for your municipality.
  • Foundation
    Once the Permits are approved, we will schedule the installation of the home's foundation.
  • Shell Build and Delivery
    With the permits and foundation finalized, it's time for your shell to be built and delivered.

Complete

After Steps 1 through 3 above are completed, The Bachelor Complete has four additional stages:

  • Permitting Process

  • Shell Build and Delivery
    With the permits and foundation finalized, it's time for your shell to be built and delivered.
  • Interior Fit-Out
    With the shell complete and on-site, it's time to fit out your interior.

GET STARTED

Furniture packages, appliance packages, and custom interior design options are additional and fees for these services and items will be added to the final payment in Step 7.
